Production to delivery takes up to 60 days.
Ready-Made Pieces:
Dispatched within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Metro Sydney: 2-5 business days
- Metro Melbourne: 5-8 business days
- Metro Canberra: 7-10 business days
- Metro Brisbane: 7-10 business days
- Metro Adelaide: 7-10 business days
- Metro Perth: 12-16 business days
- All Other Areas: 7-18 business days

Delivery Fees
Free Shipping
- We offer free shipping on all products sold on lanlincofurniture.com.au.
- Free delivery within 50 km of Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane city centers. Beyond this range, extra charges apply.
Due to the custom-made nature of our furniture, delivery costs vary based on the specific design, size, and your location. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a standard estimate. For an accurate quote, please contact our 24/7 customer support team.
We adhere to the billing standards of major logistics companies and do not impose additional fees.
NOTE: If you do not receive a response from our customer service team within an extended period (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekends), please check your spam folder. Our email may have been incorrectly filtered by your email server or provider.
Types of Delivery Services
By default, we provide basic shipping. The delivery fee refers to basic delivery. You can choose Room of Choice or White Glove for an additional fee per shipment. Please inform us in advance if additional service is required.
Basic Delivery
We deliver your item to the nearest curb to your address (the main entrance on ground level). This service does not include delivery to your room of choice, unpacking, assembly, or rubbish removal.
Room of Choice (ROC) Delivery
We deliver your items to the room of your choice within your home.
Does not include unpacking, assembly, or rubbish removal.
White Glove Delivery
We deliver your items to your chosen room, unpack them, assemble them, and remove associated rubbish.
Delaying/Holding Shipments
If you need your order to be held for an extended period, please inform us when placing your order, and we will arrange free storage for you.
For shorter delays, contact us to hold your shipment if your home is not ready. Holds are honoured for 3 days with no charge. Requests must be made within 24 hours from when your order is getting ready to ship. If we do not receive a request to hold the order within that 24-hour time frame, the order will be processed, and any changes may incur fees. Storage fees apply after 3 days.
Delayed Shipment/Delivery:
We reserve the right to reschedule delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any consequences or losses due to delivery delays.
Authority to Leave
You can issue an 'Authority to Leave (ATL) if you notify us prior to the order being shipped. you can authorise the delivery person to leave your items at your address in case you're not present. By choosing this option, you confirm that you have a safe area for the goods to be left. It's important to note that Vintage Living cannot be held responsible for any loss of goods if you select the Authority to Leave option.
Missed/Failed Delivery – Not at Home
Our delivery partners contact you to schedule your delivery slot. If you are not present at the delivery address within your allocated and confirmed delivery slot, our delivery partners will wait for 15 minutes before leaving. All undeliverable orders will be returned to our warehouse and restocked. To reschedule a delivery, we will contact you to arrange the next available. As your order has already been shipped and is onboard with a driver, extra delivery costs will be incurred.
